At Kelly’s, we believe quality should not be an empty word used for marketing, we actually use it a measurement tool for continual improvement. After every move our foreman will invite clients to comment on the service received. A few days after the ‘dust has settled’, our administrative staff will send a more detailed questionnaire inviting client critique. It might seem a bothersome task but by recording feedback from this process we are able to constantly monitor customer perception of our activities and identify areas for improvement.
Statistics extracted from quality feedback forms on removal services
Removal and storage services performed in London and the south east during our financial year ending September 2006, measured 14 parameters with an overall score of 92%. The ability of our packing and removal crews was scored at 94.87%
When asked if they would use our moving services again, 97% responded with a yes vote.
Our timeliness of arrival was rated at 91.33%
