" Rather than filling in your questionnaire (and simply ticking “excellent” all the way down), I thought I would take the opportunity to say a few words about your crew. Matt & Steve were absolutely brilliant and made our move stress-free and hassle-free. They were professional, cheerful, organised, respectful to our possessions and extremely efficient. My old house is a 4-storey Victorian terrace with narrow stairs and doorways, and therefore not the easiest to navigate. But Matt & Steve moved my furniture with the minimum of fuss and no complaint, even where it meant disassembling (and subsequently reassembling) tables, sofas and beds. At the end of the day they were even happy to reassemble my garden furniture in the pouring rain (again without fuss or complaint). I have moved house many times and Matt & Steve were easily the best removal team I have ever had. They were a pleasure to deal with. I have booked your company again for a move on Wednesday 3 March and it would be great if you could arrange for us to have Matt & Steve again.
